Clear starting points. A quote that fits the work.
For straightforward internal training and eLearning, use the rate cards below to plan your budget. For channel narration, public films, advertising and performance work, we will agree a tailored quote.
Internal training and eLearning
| Item | GBP | EUR | USD |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per spoken word | £0.25 | €0.30 | $0.35 |
| Minimum one-off booking | £200 | €240 | $300 |
The fee is the greater of the word-based price and the minimum; the minimum is not an extra charge. These are separate currency rate cards, not live exchange-rate conversions. Tax treatment is confirmed in your quote.
Under-24-hour requests may add 25% to the production fee, subject to availability. Module count does not automatically earn a discount. Large, efficiently batched projects can be quoted individually.
What standard production includes
- One agreed voice and delivery style, using an approved script and pronunciation notes.
- Clean edited audio in one agreed format, with file splitting agreed before recording. The starting allowance is up to ten files per 1,000 words, with at least ten files for a minimum-priced booking.
- Correction of my own reading errors, plus one consolidated minor delivery-adjustment round requested within seven days, up to 10% of the original script and within the approved direction.
- Agreed use for the named organisation’s internal training or LMS.
Script rewrites, changed instructions or a new performance direction are additional work. Separately scheduled client-change pickups start at £50 / €60 / $75. Complex splitting, synchronisation, music, extra versions and substantial unfamiliar terminology research need a tailored quote.
Regular training production
Begin with a paid pilot. If the fit is right, an initial three-month production partnership can reserve a monthly word allowance and up to four planned delivery batches. A typical agreed package uses a 10% word-rate reduction in return for minimum monthly purchases and an organised workflow.
| Words per month | GBP/month | EUR/month | USD/month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 3,000 | £675 | €810 | $945 |
| Up to 5,000 | £1,125 | €1,350 | $1,575 |
| Up to 8,000 | £1,800 | €2,160 | $2,520 |
For example, the 3,000-word GBP package is £675 monthly, with a £2,025 minimum purchase over the initial three months. Monthly payment in advance, delivery dates, unused allowance and any additional work are agreed before booking. Possible future work alone does not qualify for a package price.
YouTube and channel narration
A familiar voice, episode after episode. Start with one paid pilot to agree the sound and production workflow. Then discuss a regular arrangement based on actual episode lengths, frequency, editing needs and minimum monthly purchases. A three-month initial arrangement is available where the fit and workload support it.
Channel narration has its own quote. Internal-training prices do not automatically apply. Share your channel or a reference, typical script length, release schedule and available budget. On-camera segments, character performance, paid ads and sponsor reads are scoped separately.
Plan your channel briefOther projects and usage
Public corporate films, audiobooks, commercial campaigns, radio imaging, character work, presenting and multi-voice production are quoted around the actual brief. Media, territory, duration, paid promotion and exclusivity can affect the fee. AI training, voice cloning and synthetic reuse are excluded from an ordinary production quote.
