Experience behind the explanation
My earlier IT career included building service and support models at BP and helping turn process documentation into work instructions at Highland Council. I also designed systems and customer-service training.
That background informs how I prepare a read: establish who is listening, check the terminology and identify the steps and distinctions that need emphasis.
From your training script to finished audio
A practical workflow for learning designers, agencies and internal production teams.
Set the reference
Share the script, audience, tone and pronunciation notes. A short audition helps us agree the approach.
Keep production aligned
Choose self-recorded delivery or discuss a live directed session. We agree file splits, formats and revision scope before recording.
Fit your workflow
Short projects are typically ready in 24–48 hours after script approval and confirmed booking. Larger modules and series have an agreed schedule.
Planning a module or a series?
For a single module, send the word count, audience and deadline. For regular training, assessment or update work, include the expected volume, release schedule and approval process. We can agree an initial project and discuss how future recordings will fit your production.
