What formats do you deliver in?

WAV, AIFF or MP3 — whichever format suits your workflow. I’m happy to match your technical spec.

Do you offer remote direction?

Yes. I can be directed remotely via Zoom, Source-Connect, ipDTL or similar. Just let me know what works for your setup.

How quickly can you turn work around?

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from receiving a confirmed script and direction. For larger projects, we agree timelines at the briefing stage.

Do you work with a music bed or deliver dry?

I deliver dry (voice only) unless you specifically require otherwise. Most clients prefer to mix themselves.

What is your revision policy?

Reasonable revisions are included as standard. For significant script changes after recording has started, we’ll discuss accordingly.

Do you work on retainer or recurring projects?

Yes — if you have ongoing content needs, a regular arrangement often works well for both sides. It’s worth a conversation.

Can you handle technical or regulated content?

Yes. I’m experienced with compliance, financial, pharmaceutical and industrial training content. I’m comfortable reading material that requires accuracy and control rather than performance.
